Visa Bulletin Update - August 2021

August Visa Bulletin is now available.

Below are some key highlights for individuals seeking adjustment of status in the US:

• Overall, most visa category cutoff dates continued its move forward, but some categories (EB2 India and EB3 China) are slowing down or stopped moving.

• All EB1 categories are CURRENT.

• EB2 China moved forward by 4 months from 12/01/2017 to 04/01/2018. EB2 India did not move and remained same (06/01/2011). All other countries remain CURRENT.

• EB3 China moved forward by 1 week from 01/01/2019 to 01/08/2019. EB3 India moved forward by 6 months from 01/01/2013 to 07/01/2013. All other countries remain CURRENT.

• F2A (Spouse & Children of LPR) remains CURRENT.
